Case Study Assignment (Sample)
The structural frame in this case study is based on how tasks performed in an organization can be changed.
As seen in 2007, the HHSC governance was decentralized up to the year 2013.
The human resource frame, which offers a chance to employees in an organization to exercise their power and utilize the opportunity given to them by performing well in their jobs, was degraded to consolidate the organization (Bajis, Chaar & Moles, 2018).
Employees’ needs are to be looked at closely to ensure they are met and enhance their personal growth and interaction with the provision of satisfaction in the job (Darr, 2005).
Elliot should use the political frame to explore the hidden agendas that conflict with the individuals and the groups of interest, especially with the organization’s limited resources that push them to make tough decisions.
People’s work should be seen in the governance of the HHSC as a tool that makes seen about the symbolic frame (Drucker, 2019).
Effects of Change (case study)
The Hawaii Health Systems Corporation will lose power over the organization and work under the new management.
Under the new management, most employees are unlikely to work there due to the difference in a measure put in place (Maxwell & Blashki, 2016).
The requirements might be strict, and when employees leave the organization, the organization lacks enough personnel to serve the community.
Advantages, Disadvantages, and New Opportunities for Change
An advantage of a change in medical governance is that there may be control in the volumes of health services provided.
Also, there is a reduction in cost in administration (Kalaskar & Bamer, 2019).
However, most workers would face a problem with their insurance collection from the security organization and groups receiving unsatisfactory services, which is a disadvantage.
New employment opportunities are as well created with new governance.
